Step One: Planning the Session
After our initial chat I will come along to your nursery or school in East Grinstead to meet with you and the teachers, ensuring we're on the same page about your specific requirements.
We'll discuss the purpose of the shoot and the style of photographs you prefer, whether it's candid shots of the children outdoors or posed portraits against a backdrop. Flexibility is key, and we'll consider location and weather before scheduling the session.
Step Two: The Photo Session
When I return to the nursery, my priority is making the children feel comfortable. Having a camera in their faces can be a bit daunting, so I take the time to engage with them. I'll ask questions and use friendly encouragement to help them open up. Each child will receive a minimum of 10 minutes of my attention as some may need a little extra time to warm up to the camera.
Step Three: QR Codes for Parents
Every child will be provided with a unique QR code to take home. Parents or guardians can register online using this code. Once registered, they'll receive a notification email when their child's images are ready. Typically, the editing process takes about 2-3 weeks.
Step Four: Ordering Images
Parents will have exclusive access to their child's images in a private and secure gallery accessible only with the QR code provided. This ensures the utmost privacy and security for your child's photos.
They can view and, if they wish, purchase the photos that capture those beautiful moments.
