What to expect from a Dog Photography Photo Session
Before The Shoot
Before you swing by the studio, let's have a little chinwag about your furry friend. Because, let's be honest, just like us, every dog has their own unique personality. Some are absolute goofballs, ready to love on everyone they meet. Others might be a tad more reserved, needing a bit of time to warm up – especially if they're rescues.
I've got a stash of backdrops ready to roll, so we'll chat about your preferences beforehand and set the stage for your pup's big debut.
All you need to do is bring your pooch along, maybe a handful of their favorite toys. I'll provide treats and maybe even some pet-friendly flavored bubbles. However, if your dog has any allergies or dietary requirements, please let me know beforehand.
Let's make sure your furry friend feels right at home!
During The Shoot
When you arrive at the studio, we can let your dog off the lead and let them explore a little bit. As my studio is at the bottom of the garden, you will be able to let them free for a little wander (it's totally secure).
Once the initial excitement has worn off, we will start taking photos.
I try to keep the sessions as engaging as possible and focus on capturing your dog's personality.
After The Shoot
After our daft dog photoshoot, I'll put together a selection of the finest images for your review.
These photographs will be presented in their raw and unedited form, giving you the chance to handpick your favourites. Once you've made your selection, I'll dive into the editing process.
As part of the daft dogs package, you'll receive three expertly edited images included in the package. However, if you find it hard to choose just three and would like to order additional images, or even the entire gallery, you'll have the option to do so!
Once I've finished the editing process, which typically takes 2-3 weeks, I'll upload the finalised images to a private bespoke gallery for you to download at your convenience.

I love photographing your dogs in my East Grinstead photography studio in West Sussex.
The classic package is suited more for those of you wanting classic portraits of your dog. You might even be feeling brave enough and let me capture the special bond you share with your pooch!
The "Daft Dogs Package" is a more specialised dog photoshoot lasting up to 2 hours. These dog photoshoots are allot of fun and really allow me to capture some amazing and silly expressions of your dog. My super fast flash lights capture the motion of your dog drooling, and trying to catch the treats, which as you can imagine is just great fun for your dog!
Both packages include a set amount of digital images, however should you wish to purchase any extra digital files or maybe even some wall art
